A General Manager leads the efficient and effective delivery of the goals and objectives of the organization within the approved annual budget by utilizing the solid demonstrable financial expertise. He is responsible for the supervision of financial, legal, and operational affairs of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish the goals and objectives of the organization and ensure their delivery according to the business plan.
- Achieve financial sustainability during the development of latest business opportunities.
- Contribute to the effective delivery of high-range commercialization services for esteemed clients.
- Manage the performance of the organization’s staff and senior management
- Analyze and assess continuously the organization’s performance against the stated objectives.
- Develop and finalize a business plan and develop and manage budget of the division and achieve stand-alone productivity for business.
- Define the product sales & marketing plan, and supervising sales and distribution of a product.
- Identify, evaluate and select optimal contract manufacturing, services and assembly partners.
- Recruit and provide training to implement business plan.
